Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 (11 oz) box Nilla Wafers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while mixing.
  3. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
  4. Layer Nilla Wafers at the bottom of your dish, top with sliced bananas, then add a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
