Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes. Halve them and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes and gently toss to coat.
