Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and diced bell pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
