  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for topping)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously coat them with the miso glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
