  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a pot and cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.

  3. Add diced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.

  5. Gently fold in cooked spaghetti and shredded cheeses; cook until melted (about 1 minute).
