  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Stir in minced garlic and thyme; cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add bowtie pasta and vegetable broth; bring to a boil, then simmer until pasta is al dente (8-10 minutes).
  4. Gradually mix in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until creamy.
  5. Stir in grated Gruyère cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
