  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter until well combined. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Add peppermint extract and gently fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Spread the peppermint filling over the cooled crust and top with the remaining whipped topping.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before slicing and serving.
