  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup potato chips (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and mix in sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour and salt; fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in half of the crushed potato chips. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
