- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter for easy access.
- Wash and cut asparagus; slice mushrooms thinly. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add shrimp in a single layer; sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan.
- In the same skillet, add asparagus first; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Then add mushrooms, garlic, and ginger; stir constantly until fragrant.
