  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced

  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet; mix gently for an additional minute to combine everything evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
