- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan until creamy. Season with red pepper flakes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture in the skillet, then transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with additional Parmesan.
