- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer the meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add corn, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
