  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
