  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 2 cups cooked brown or white rice
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
