- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, and thyme. Simmer until fragrant.
- Layer half of the sweet potato slices in the baking dish; pour half of the cream mixture over them and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top. Repeat layering.

- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
