  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
