  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Warm milk until cozy and mix with active dry yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll & Fill: Punch down dough and roll into a rectangle. Spread melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll tightly.
  5. Cut & Arrange: Slice into equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise again for 30 minutes while preheating oven to 350°F.
  6. Bake & Frost: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Mix cream cheese frosting (softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla) and spread over warm buns.
