- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped green cabbage
- 4 chopped green onions
- ½ cup fresh herbs (cilantro or mint)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, grated carrots, chopped cabbage, green onions, herbs, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Soften each rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat on a clean surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from edge to edge.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each side of the rolls for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
