Description

Turkey spring rolls are a deliciously crispy treat filled with tender turkey and vibrant vegetables. Perfect as appetizers for gatherings or a cozy family dinner, these rolls promise to impress everyone at the table with their flavor and crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped green cabbage
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • ½ cup fresh herbs (cilantro or mint)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, grated carrots, chopped cabbage, green onions, herbs, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Soften each rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat on a clean surface.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling near one edge of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from edge to edge.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each side of the rolls for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
