Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber (about 200g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and remove both ends. Grate it into fine shreds.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated cucumber using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and drained cucumber. Stir until blended.
  4. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Mix well.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
