  • 4 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients before starting.
  2. Spiralize zucchinis into long noodles.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown (internal temp of 165°F).
  4. Remove chicken from skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
