Description

Air Fryer Potato Wedges are a healthier, crispy alternative to traditional fries, perfect for any occasion. These golden-brown delights boast a satisfying crunch on the outside while remaining fluffy and tender on the inside. With customizable seasonings and easy preparation, they’re ideal as a side dish or snack. Whether hosting a potluck or enjoying a cozy movie night, these wedges will steal the show!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium Russet potatoes (about 600g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thick wedges (about one inch wide).
  2. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the dried wedges with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
